An elegant Martagon lily producing nodding, Turk's-cap flowers with strongly recurved tepals. The soft golden to greenish-yellow flowers are scattered with warm reddish-orange to dark red spots, creating a delicate contrast. Whorled green foliage clothes the upright stems. Excellent for naturalising in informal borders and lightly shaded woodland-style planting.

Planting Instructions: Plant approximately 15–20 cm deep and 20 cm apart in light, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Martagons can be slow to settle after transplanting, so choose the planting site carefully and leave established bulbs undisturbed.
Soil and Drainage Requirements: Chalk, Loam, Sandy soil; moist but well drained; Neutral to Alkaline
Preferred Location: Full sun or Partial shade; Sheltered
Care: Maintain moisture during active growth while ensuring excellent drainage. Allow the stems and foliage to die back naturally after flowering. Once established, avoid unnecessary lifting or disturbance; Martagon lilies can persist and increase for many years in a suitable site.
