In 1927, Jean Jacques Amand travelled from the Netherlands to establish a small flower shop on The Strand in London. His son, John, an expert on rare bulbs, developed that business into an international success.

Today our business offers everything from well-loved classics to rare and unusual varieties, earning us a reputation for the exceptional diversity and quality of bulbs provided to our customers across the globe.

Still a family business, we participate in many world-famous flower shows annually. This includes, winning multiple Gold awards from the Chelsea Flower Show in the UK, and gaining international recognition at the Philadelphia Flower Show in the United States of America.
