Unfortunatly, we are not able to offer same day delivery. Orders are dispatched by Palletways, DHL or Royal Mail depending on the order volume and delivery location. We will dispatch orders when the bulbs are in stock. In some instances we will dispatch part orders for in stock items with the remaining items to follow. If you need the bulbs by a particular date please contact us and we will do our best to meet that date.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards to include Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Online orders can be paid using Stripe, our payment processing platform, or in person upon collection. If you wish to make a bank transfer payment for your order please contact us for details.
There is no minimum for placing an order.
Other
Yes, provided we get notification 72 hours prior to collection date. We will contact you to confirm that your order is ready.
Please unpack your delivery as soon as possible and check the items against the delivery note. It is the customers responsibility to notify us promptly of any discrepencies so that we can resolve this as a matter or priority.
Bulbs packed in paper bags can be left dry and need to be stored in a dry, airy place. They do not have to be in the dark but do not leave them in direct sunlight. Plant as soon as possible.
Products packed in perlite, soil, coir, plastic bags or other medium should be left in the bags in a cool place and must not be allowed to dry out. They will need to be dealt with promptly. If the weather conditions are not good or the ground not ready for planting, these plants might be better potted up and put outside to await transfer into their final positions.
In the absence of instructions to the contrary, we reserve the right to substitute the nearest available alternative at least of equal value should any item be sold out or unobtainable.
Yes. We have an excellent selection of bulbs available for casual callers at Clamp Hill. Please note that bulbs may not be available all the time and are subject to stock availability. For opening times, please see our contact page or call to make an appointment.
